New to chicken raising

I just love BYC. I am new to having chickens. I ordered a batch of chick's about 15 weeks ago and I am pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying them. My girls are so entertaining and BYC has been my go to site for finding all the dos and donts I need as a beginner.

I have 11 hens. 2 Polish hens, 2 RIR'S, a bunch of ameracauna's and one that I thought was a leg horn but now I'm thinking is a white jersey giant. The Polish hens are so funny. Especially my little pearl with her white puff on her head.

I did all this research before the chick's were delivered but I'm finding I learn something new every day

I will definitely do that. I'll see if I can get a good picture of Stella. She came in a variety pack so I'm not sure

I wanted a Polish but my mom said no and we have to many

I didn't really want one either but they came in my variety pack. I've read they aren't the hardiest birds but they are super silly especially this one.... probably bc she can't see with all the feathers in her face
