New to Chickens-Where to start?!

My name is Andrew and I'm 26 years old. I am new to chickens and I was hoping to find a nice quiet chicken good for both meat and eggs. My aunt raises Chickens in Brooklyn so I'll be speaking with her as well. I am in a quiet neighborhood (My first home) so ideally low-key is the way to go. I have a decent sized backyard and I would need to build a coop. My yard is relatively fenced in (4 foot fencing) but I would likely want to give them a moving coop that I can roll around the yard to let them eat bugs, as well as scrap food and supplements as well. Any suggestions for the Delaware area? Cold and Heat tolerant would be preferred since I'm sure my cat wouldn't like them inside. Thank you for your warm welcome!

Hello and welcome from east central Indiana. Would stay away from straight combs. The ones in my flock that are the least noisy are the Light Brahmas. Super sweet and friendly birds. Good luck to you!
