New to chickens

Hello! I am introducing my self and my girls. I got my first chickens this past May. four Barred Rocks, four Speckled Sussex, and four Blue Laced Red Wyandottes (plus another misc. chicken the company threw in, presumably to compensate for any chick deaths. They didn't tell me what it is, so I'm going to have to figure that one out later). I am loving all the idea posts on this site. So many people trying so many different things. What a great resource.
