I’m Lisa. I’m new to chickens. I currently have a flock of 3 which includes two Orpingtons (one lavender and one chocolate) and a blue copper maran. Sadly I lost my golden laced Wyandotte named Camilla right before Christmas. It was hard and I wasn’t prepared. I got them all at the same time when they were a day old.
They just turned 15 weeks. I’ve always loved chickens but all of this is new and way more overwhelming than I thought. I’ve had parakeets and a cockatiel but this is a whole different world.
It’s nice to meet everyone and I look forward to being a part of a chicken community.
