New To Chickens

Hi, my name is Michelle, I live on Marylands beautiful eastern shore. I am married, and have two sons, a 6 year old and an 11 month old who keep me very busy. I also just became a new mommy to 3 silkie chicks, and porcelain named Lulu, a Cuckoo named Pip and a splash named Buttercup.

The chicks are about 6 weeks old and right now are living in their Rubbermaid coop in my bathroom. My husband has started construction on "CoopMahal" and hopefully will have it ready by spring time when the ladies are ready to move out there.

I am interested in learning new things and am already hooked on having chickens!
