New to chickens

HI everyone, I'm new to the forum and also new to chickens as well. My husband is not though. He is the county boy that married the city girl.

We moved out into the county about 6 years ago and I'm finally getting 1 1/2 week old chickens on Tuesday. I'm so excited!!!!!

We don't have a coop yet, but are hopefully building it soon. Since the chicks have to be inside till there 6 weeks old it's not a rush. I just wanted to introduce myself.

Thanks everyone! We started building it today and got rained out. So hopefully tomorrow. We do have all the water's and feeders done and ready.
