Building a walk in is probably worth the time. Easy to clean, roost, plenty of room, and you can put small tires in the front to make it more mobile. My 12 bird coop I can move into a truck by myself though, without wheels, so it just depends on if you're planning to have more chickens I suppose. Craigslist can also have some good coops cheap. Just sanitize it out and let it sit for a while (week or two with nothing living in it), sanitize again and let it go to work! I scored a 5 bird coop for $50, near brand new. Auctions also have a few coops (small animal). So long as you're meticulious about cleaning and resting the coop, you should be okay using pre-loved chicken coops.
