I have more questions I wanted to ask about my chickens so sorry if this is a long post!

Are silkie chickens a bit slow to other chickens? My silkies seem to be a bit slow or special compared to my other chickens for example the other chickens go in the coop before it gets dark to settle for the night but my silkies take a little longer to make there way to the coop.
How many treats should my chickens get a day or week? How many is too many? My girls love mealworms and went through a tub of 500ml in a few days am I feeding them too many, they have there layers pellets available all the time but they love mealworms, I don't want them getting fat.
My chickens have ruined/eaten all the grass in there run do I need to provide more for them or is it not a essential part of there diet?
Also my silkies don't like to roost/perch they try to sleep in the nest boxes every night but I don't want them to sleep there so I've put them on the perch every night and made sure they don't jump off how can I get them to go on the perch themselves without putting them there?

Again sorry for all the questions !

My silkie rooster likes to stay up a bit later than others, for example he was out walking around at about midnight last night. The meal worms should be a treat, fed sparingly a few handfuls at a time. This teaches them to associate you with good events. Also silkies are little birds who suck at flying( at least mine do). Make them a little ramp out of a 2x12 board or make some steps for them. My two year old silkie rooster has to walk up a ramp to get 4 foot in the air.
