Hello!
My name is Sarah and I live in Pasco,WA with my husband and two girls. We recently bought a house on a little over an acre and I was so excited to get chickens. It's important for us to show our girls where their food comes from. We are avid vegetable and fruit gardeners and now will be producing eggs in our own backyard! The next step is beef.
I've spent a lot of hours on the BYC website prior to purchasing our chicks to learn as much as possible before bringing home the babies. I look forward to more great advice and ideas as we venture through as new 'chicken farmers'!
