New to duck egg hatching. Need help I have 1 of 3 left!

So I’m new to incubating And hatching anything and I’m hatching domestic mallard cross. I’ve lost 2 of 3 already! I’m not sure exactly how old (Laid around 6/8-10 and put in incubator on day 6/11) this last one is the youngest I know but it’s measuring like day 26-28. It’s so dark inside the egg it’s hard to tell but I know it’s alive bc I see movement inside and the egg Moves a little on its own sometimes. But my question is what temp and humidity should I be running at for the last week? and when do I remove the egg turner? I’m so worried about killing this little duck

Lil more info about my baby duck. We discovered a nest in my neighbors yard from a pair of hybrid mallards that Are wild and stay in my woods behind my house! About 4 days after finding the nest we found 3 eggs out of the nest and 2 left in the nest and something had to have killed mom bc she’s no where to be found. 2 Of the eggs have died but one is thriving and it’s really close to the air sac on what I think is day 24 but could be older. I can see it moving but no cheeping yet. My questions are
1.When do I remove my egg turner?
2. Do I lower temp?
3. What humidity do I keep?
ANYTHING IS HELPFUL BC IM SO CONFUSED

My temps running 98.7 to 99.5 most of the time. I’ve kept my humidity around 60-65% until a week ago and increased it to 68-75. At the moment I’m at 73% humidity and the lil fella looks like it’s close but I’m so afraid of killing(drowning) the lil booger I’m dreaming about it. I don’t know when I should remove the turner and then I’m afraid of shrink wrapping it TO EVEN REMOVE IT? I’ve read so many Differing opinions MY BRAINS SCRAMBLED! Is it safe to candle it still?

Update on my lil duck egg! I candled it yesterday and it’s bill is in and out of the air sac! It gets very sassy when the lights on it! Probably screaming “hey! Get that Light out of my eyes!” I’ve seen the entire egg wobble and move. It’s amazing and I have no idea what one doing! It’s still in the turner and no pips in the external egg shell. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Update it started externally pipping yesterday and could barely hear it peeping. It’s making the pips bigger overnight! I clearly heard the sweet booger peeping And lots of wiggling.
