New to ducks

Hi my name is Lisa! I have 2 ducklings about 3 weeks old. Their names are Jack and Jill.
Well they have a watery stool but I read in the forum about probiotics and that's what I'm going to try. But one question do I give them regular water and the probiotic water or just the probiotic water?
