New to eggs.

Got our first eggs this week. Have 4 Rhode Island Reds, 4 Black sexlinks and 2 Red Stars. Looking for info on do's and don'ts.
 
First eggs should be safe to eat. They most likely will look irregular if they are the first eggs your chickens have laid. You have a lot of good laying breeds so you should look forward to lots of eggs.
 
Make sure they are given added calcium through oyster shells and egg shells and Maybe a bit extra protein through meal worms or scrambled or hard boiled eggs. These will all help your chickens stay healthy when laying eggs and be good for the eggs too. Just make sure you don't give them too much meal worms or scrambled or boiled eggs. It's still considered a treat and too much could be really bad for your hens
