Hello, I am new to this site, live in Middle Tennessee, and am desperately seeking a good caring home for my pet Rhode Island Red rooster, "Roeder", and his companion hen, "Mamie". They are 1 and a half years old, Mamie does not lay. I am looking for a home where they can be free ranging in the day, and put up in a nice place at night. Roeder is very companionable and social with my husband and me, but has bouts of moderate aggressiveness from time to time, so needs a patient hand. These are pets! Not stewpot candidates! We are going to have to be away, and can't be here to take care of them. Thank you.
