(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?.
I had chickens a few years back, but ran into space issues so had to re-home. I just had a patchwork of mixed breeds. Am redoing the barn once the weather warms up(-_14 outside right now brrrr ) Then wanting to get them again. Was raised with having laying hens on the farm as a child.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
none now, but would like to get 10 in a few months
(3) What breeds do you have?
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
access to fresh humanly gotten eggs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Big time gardener, reading, watching movies, travelling when possible

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
