Hi guys;how are you doing today?!
Uhm......i just got a pair of guinea fowls since I couldn't get meets at the moment but something about them brothers me since I got them yesterday they seem quite inactive and have been laying on the floor;they haven't eaten since then although there was a little reaction from them when they saw the chickens feeding..they seem to drink water though so I'm guessing maybe they're just stressed due to the change in environment;does anyone else have an idea of what's going on?

Are they an adult pair? Guinea fowl are normally active birds, so sitting quietly and not eating is certainly abnormal behavior. They could be stressed from the move. They could also be sick. Drinking water is a good sign. I hope that they perk up soon!

Any improvement on your pair? Have you tried tempting them with treats to see if they will eat?
Do they move around at all?

It seems so odd to me that even being put in a new environment that they wouldn’t explore at least a little. Are they fluffed up or holding their heads low? Pictures would be great if you could take some.
