Relatively new to chickens. Started 5 yrs ago, never having been involved with chicken in any way.
I have 23 hens, 2 roosters and 2 day old chicks, they are
Rhodesia Island Red, Buff, Barred Rock, and a barnyard mix
Fresh eggs every morning and just watching them interact are my favorite. I also have Bees, a garden and an orchard.
I have German shepherds and cats, work part time in school cafeteria, am a volunteer firefighter, and am a member of the church of Christ
