New to incubating baby chicks

I just joined the group and just lost our first egg after internal pipping. Another egg that is still moving around at day 22...hoping that it will still hatch. We joined for advice and to learn. Thanks

Welcome to BYC. I'm so sorry about your egg. Are you certain it's dead? After popping, it can take a day or more to hatch. They often get still and quiet during that time.
