I am new to incubating and was wondering what the levels of humitity should be right now on the bator it says around 65or70% but on my digital one it say 43to45% what you all think

The first 18 days the humidity should be low, around 20-40%. The best way to know if your humidity level is right is by measuring the air pocket or weighing the egg. You want the egg to lose moisture so the chick doesn't grow too big and run out of room to turn. They will also need the air pocket when they pip.

When you get to lockdown you want the humidity much higher, around 70-85% in order to prevent the membrane from drying out during the hatch.

As for your two different measurements, have you calibrated one of them to see which is accurate?

I have a regular thermometer in it and it reads aroun 99.5 to 100.5 but how do you calibrate the humitiy jw
