I’ve often referred to BC for the great info but I decided to join.
A friend gave me 3 Polish Chickens
one Rooster and two hens. I’ve now hatched a couple of dozen chicks so have lots of black with white head dress like one of the females and lots of white like the rooster and other hen. I’ve owned a bred chickens for 15 years, but just as layers.
I’ve never bred for colour before. I’m finding this breed extremely friendly and personable. so I’d like to breed and select true to Polish.
My same friend is about to give me a blue rooster so I’m looking forward to seeing some different colours. I do not know how to sex Polish chicks and can’t find any info online. I don’t have any problem with raising them to see what gender them become. Luckily we’re on a farm near Goulburn NSW so we have lots of space.

Polish are such cute birds with their little top hats. 
Gentle too.
