New to quail hatching

Hey everyone, I've been keeping chicken and quail for a while now but decided whilst in lock down to try to hatch some quail eggs as it's pretty difficult to get the birds here I find and I thought it would be fun!
I'm in Nottingham, England by the way.
I'm already feeling traumatised by my hatching attempt, I have one beak out of an egg and I'm so worried about it but I'm doing my best not to interfere!
