New to raising a peachick

We saved an abandoned peachick from a nest in our yard three weeks ago. We think she/he might be a "special", but we already love "P' just the same. We need a LOT of help as we are total newbies just trying to do our best to make sure "P" gets to grow up! HELP!!!
