New to raising chickens

Hello to BYC members.
My name is LaTrell and we’ve got 12 chickens that are about 3 1/2 months old.
1 Ameraucana
3 Rhode Island Reds
3 Silver laced Wyandottes
5 Golden laced Wyandottes
They’re so cute. My one and only rooster is a Silver. He’s already trying to crow and mount my hens.
Should I separate him from my hens? I don’t want him to hurt them. They’re all the same age. PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS.

Your cockerel is just doing what cockerels do. Leave him be. He is establishing his dominance with the flock.
