New to raising chickens

I bought some chickens from Tractor Supply in March. This is my first attempt at raising chickens because we wanted to have our own, fresh, organic eggs......and had no idea how much I would enjoy it! I have 2 ameraucanas, 2 reds (not sure if they are Rhode Island or New Hampshire), and 2 white chickens. Is there some easy way to figure out what breed the white ones are? They are completely white, not noticing any other distinguishing feature yet.
