What is a fair price for week old Black Australorp?

I paid $3.60 cents each for mine which I got at 2 to 3 days old in late April.

I'd say $2-$2.75 but I've never raised them before

I would say it really depends on where you live and what, if any, demand there is for chicks.
Check your local craigslist, facebook, social media, etc. and see what others are selling similar chicks for.
Most large hatcheries sell for $2-3 each for sexed pullets and cockerels are about $2 or less each. Feed stores run about the same amount.
