Hello everyone, My name is Sue and I am moving to Tennessee and should be there by this Saturday. I am from Pennsylvania, but the weather is getting too hard for me. We have friends in Dover so we decided to move there. We are very excited and look forward to meeting the nice people, from what I heard, in Tennessee. I really want to raise chickens, but I'm not sure I can in Dover (Stewart County). Can anyone help answer this question?

I also love fishing, but haven't gone in a very long time.

I hope to get to know you all on this website.

Thanks,
Sue

:frow Welcome from New Orleans. As @N F C said check the rules and regulations for your neighborhood. Then check to see if those rules are enforced. Sometimes rules or laws are old, but still on the books. I am not encouraging you to break rules or laws, but I would hate for you to not get the chance to have chickens because of an out dated law.
We still have a law that you can go to jail in New Orleans for spitting on the sidewalk, still on the books
