from middle Tn! Yeah, this is a great site, especially if you are new to chickens...or even if you aren't. My grandmother had chickens when I was a kid, but I had forgotten so much. I found this site by accident, too, but it has become one of my favorite places to go to on the internet. Also, it keeps me off of Farmville. One of my New Year's resolutions is to not get hooked on Farmville again like I did last winter! And I have learned sooo much!

Thanks, we live just north of Montgomery in Wetumpka AL.. We raise a few chickens, rabbits, and Donkeys. Just enjoy being a little self sufficient if the need were to arise.
