Hello everyone, new here, looking for some good information and help with my flock. I am the manager of a small organic farm. We have around 90 birds. This years replacement birds are, Buff Orpington, Buff Brahma, and Araucana...which i found out through this site might actually be EE's. Most of my birds are the Buff Orpingtons. I also do the Barred rock X Meat birds.
When I get my own house with some land, I would like to be proficient enough to raise my own flock for eggs and meat, without having to buy new chicks every time. $3 a chick gets expensive.
So, with that...you can expect to hear a lot from me....I ask lots of questions.
