New to this - adopted some hens. What are they?

We acquired 5 hens. Here's a photo of 3 of them. One is little and black with some feet feathers, the other is speckled with some ear tufts, and the other is big and black (but she has some mini spurs, what?)

the black one is possibly an astrolorp or black sex link.
but if you could post some additional pictures of them individually it would help

It is difficult to tell from your picture what breeds they are. First, do you know how old they are? Is the little one with the furry feet a bantam or is it younger than the others? As for the spurs, hens can have them.

Lovely yellow door! Great trio of chickens as well. The white/black one reminds me of my Columbian Wyandottes depending on the comb. Closer pictures would help.
