New to this and need advice

I have never raised chicks and I am getting 4 blue silkies that are a week old and I need any advice or where I can get any info on how I need to prepare for them. Remember I am clueless and really want to give these babies a good start. I do have 6 buff orphington hens that were grown when I got them but I know that baby chicks are a whole new ballgame.
