Hi my name is Ezekiel, I found this forum through google while searching for information about raising goats in Braddock Heights R1 zone and was directed to CristinaB thread on the subject.
I called the zoning office and was told the'll send an application to me. I would appreciate any advise on this matter to make things go as smooth as possible. There are some things I should mention:
I already have the goats
My neighbors property is woods where I happen to have a very solid building (that help a horse and a llama as well as pigs) that has been there for at least 30 years, which brings me to another question if they had this already is there any way I can have my new use for it grandfathered and allowed, does this mean the previous own already applied for this permit and I don't need to?
I'm trying to avoid going through bureaucracy if at all possible.
I hope I can find some answers and thank You in advance for any advise. EZ
