new to this need help with roo and hen

1 roo and hen are acting sort of funny to me since i'm a city girl gone country. the roo and hen will sit or stand and then one eye will start to close. they are the sea brights type of chickens they are eating and drinking,the poop is sort of runny. we tryed the wormer medician wazine they acted better for a while then they start it again. any suggestions or advice. anything is welcome. i don't want to lose any of them.

I do know that chickens will close one eye keeping another open while resting, but I do not know if that has anything to do with the runny poop. How old are they? Wazine only takes care of roundworm if I remember correctly. Are there any other symptoms? Listlessness, ruffled feathers, etc. Need more info.

I'm Not Sure How Old They Are. I Bought Them About 4 Mounths Ago. They Did Real Fine For About 2 Mounths. Then All Of A Sudden Mr.scrachie Stoped Crowing And Chasing The Ladies. Then Hennie Pennie Started Having The Same Simtons With The Left Eye Closing There Is No Listlessness Or Ruffled Feathers.we Turn Them Out They Go Out With All Of The Other Chicks When They Go Out Foraging.any Advice Or Suggestions Will Be Welcom.
