New to this. One chicken hen and two Ducklings.

Hi guys.

I'd like to know if two four week old girl ducklings and a 6 month old hen will keep each othe company or do I need another chicken? We just got them today and we've no experience. We bought a two floor coop for them but they are all happy in the house with us now. Any tips would be welcome

The only problem as I see it is, ducks love to splash and make a terrible wet mess every chance they get. Chickens do not like to be wet. This would not be a problem outside
but, could result in a very damp coop. Otherwise if the ducklings are indeed female, they will provide each other with good company. If one turns out to be a drake, he could injure a chicken hen badly by trying to breed her. Ducks anatomy is much different than chickens.

Forget to mention you can also post on the "Duck thread" and get advice from folks who know them well. I do not.
