Welcome to BYC!
I empathize with you. @sourland has excellent suggestions.
Have you considered keeping a cat or two?
I have a female cat that keeps the squirrels out of my coops. She never bothers the chickens, not even the small chicks. I've had female cats show up in the past, some pregnant or with kittens. None have ever bothered the chicks. I don't know how a Tom cat would do.
My rooster sometimes chases the squirrels away also.

Hi , Welcome to BYC ! Sounds like you need to bucket him . Have you tried to catch him with a roller bucket trap ? They are simple to make . A narrow board on top with a rod going through so it rolls . Fill the bucket 1/4 full and make a ramp going up then set bait in the middle of the board .

Hello, Janet, and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
You need to cover all openings into the coop and run with 1/2" hardware cloth. I also used it to make a 2 foot predator apron around the entire setup.
