Hey folks me and my gf are new to this and we have got a blue Cochin rooster,lavender Orpington and 2 araucanas!we would like to breed hens to expand!our rooster is very considerate to the girls and he looks after them well but he has no interest in sexing (if that's the right term).is there a certain breed that are best for this?any help is appreciated

How old is your rooster? cochin boys can take a while to mature sexually, so if he's under say 10 months or so you may just need to give him more time.

Also, unless you're with them all day, he may be breeding them and you just don't see it. Have you checked the eggs for the bullseye spot that indicates fertility? There are good pictures on the incubating/hatching section.
