New To Turkeys :)

Good morning.

Im new to the Turkey world and was just wondering if they will they just come in and out on their own like chickens? Not this year obviously but starting next spring is so.

I suppose you could train them nightly with treats.

But mine at least like too roost high and outside.

Top of fence, chicken house or in trees.

I have only seen mine use a coop on a few occasions. Usually on very cold windy stormy nights.

Yes ok...this is what I was afraid of. I'd really like them in the barn at night time. Hopefully I can train them to go back. Thanks!!
