Probably a dumb question but I am wanting to get ducks and geese next year, is it ok to keep them together? Or should I build them seperate pens? TIA

Geese absolutely need their own sleeping quarters, as they will bully ducks in an enclosed space (geese almost always rule the roost, so to speak, in a mixed-species flock). Whether they'd be okay in the same run would depend on how much space you have and how aggressive your breed of goose tends to be.

Are you getting ducklings and goslings? I have both living together but I do have separate sleeping quarters for my geese. They have never been penned up together they roam 1/2 acre fenced property. My gander and my Muscovy drake are not friends most of the year.

Thanks guys. Yes I would be getting them as goslings and ducklings, I am looking at Pilgrim geese and Ancona ducks. I think I will just go ahead and make them separate runs!

Keep them together while growing up. It's when breeding season starts trouble can happen. But they will be fine till then. Ganders just get ornery some worse than others once breeding season starts. That isn't till 9 months on.
