New Turkey baby in dire trouble please help!!!

My 2 turkey babies arrived this morning and one is in very bad shape! I wrapped it up in a wash cloth and put it under the heat lamp and gave it some molasses mixed with some water out of a syringe and it still cannot move or hold it's head up! Now what???

Hi, I had 2 chicks come this way. I gave them sugar water then let them sleep under lamp. Then about 10 or 15 minutes later I would do it again and again. They gained strength and then ate on their own. Hope you have good luck.
