New turkey couple

(Sushihog72-typo in my login )Hello! Happy Thanksgiving! We are new to turkeys and just adopted two very bonded birds. 4.5 month old calicos. They free ranged and slept in the trees at their last home. How long do I need to keep them Cooped up before they feel this is their new home? We have a fenced 3/4 acre and lots of trees. Thankful and grateful for you!

About a week if you have a fenced in area let them in it then they should be able to free range in about a week or 2

WE have to royal palm turkeys they are about 4 - 5 months old and are free ranging everyday
If your turkeys know that you feed and water then you guys should bond really well our turkeys follow us around like dogs and are very loyal

What Breed of Turkey? I am guessing a cross between domestic white and wild? Very Beautiful Turkeys!
