(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am new to raising chickens. I got my chickens back in October of 2021
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We had 30 hens and lost one within a few days of receiving them.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Issa browns and Sapphire Gems
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
We enjoy the fresh eggs when they do start laying, enjoy watching them interact with my kids and dog.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Hunting, fishing, building things out of wood.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I've been married for 8 years, one done, 3 daughters.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Found BYC by asking a question on google and it led me here with an answer to my question. I want to expand my knowledge on chickens and be able to raise them to the best of my abilities.
