Hi everyone, I've actually been scoping BYC for a month now for information on buying, feeding, keeping and other general chicken raising information before I got my chicks.
I decided I would make an account the day they officially arrived and they are here!
4 Standards:
Yolko (Buff Orphington maybe..) -
Margret Hatcher (Buff Orphington maybe..) -
Hennifer Lopez (Rhode Island Red) -
and Nugget (Australorp) -
They arrived earlier today and since then all's been pretty good. They've all pooped and eaten and drunk and slept a little. We are a little worried about Hennifer because she's the tiniest, the sleepiest, and the most submissive but we're watching her pretty closely.
I'm not all that knew to chicken owning, I used to have a flock a few years ago when I was living in Idaho but I've brushed up a lot on my knowledge of chickens.
Great to be on such an awesome and helpful website.
