I guess you have to introduce yourself before anyone will answer your questions . My name is emit (nick name) I live 10 miles out side of Charleston,WV the capitol of WV. I have had chickens in the passed but never have hatched any. We live on a small farm with 6 horses two cats an a dog. I am looking forward to be part of this board and asking many questions on chickens. So far I have enjoyed reading all of topics on the form.

My brother and my sister-in-law live very near you!!! In Sissonville!!! I've been to visit and know how beautiful it is out that way!! I'm sorry if you asked a question and didn't get it answered right away, but the 'new posts' are SO MANY!!! We really try though!!

I'm trying to convince my SIL she needs chickens but she's not got the best set up, so we'll see! I love my brother, but I'm really close to her too, and we know who will take care of the dear hens!!!
