Welcome to BYC. I'm sorry that you can't have chickens. Would they approve quail?

I kept my quail in aviaries, they were very happy and lived natural and long lives.

I kept Quail for about 11 years, I don't keep any Quail at this time though. Once I got started in chickens I let the Quail live out their lives and didn't replace them. I lost my last male Bobwhite about 4 years ago, he was 7+ years old. But, I have tons of photos (no thread devoted to them) if you are interested!
