Hi!

I have come to this forum multiple times to find answers for various question, so I have now decided to make an account. I love this forum.

My flock includes; buff bantam brahma rooster, two silkie/frizzle sister hens, and two light bantam brahma sister hens. We just got the light hens yesterday, they are beautiful. These guys have the backyard to roam, even though it's not all that big they have plenty of room! They go up at night and wake up early.

The light bantam brahma are out of a show line so I am possibly considering showing one of them and/or raising a few of their chicks to show. This definitely wont be a professional thing for me, just something fun to try. What do you guys think?

I don't have any good pictures of the hens, we just got them but I will get some tomorrow! Those pictures are the rooster.

Silkies go broody from time to time and will hatch any eggs, maybe she would brood a batch from your brahma hen

Above are the new light bantam brahma hens




These are the frizzle crosses- the smooth coat is her sister so we aren't sure why she isn't frizzled. We call her the reversed frizzle.
