I'm Tali from Poteet, TX by way of Chicago. I'd sworn I'd stick to my city-slicker routes, but have somehow wound up with 19 acres, guinea fowl and most recently some chickens (I blame my husband). This is my first time owning fowl of any sort (I've been a dog/cat person until now). I used to work at a zoo and I'm a grad student studying hormone-behavior interactions. I fell in love with this site, since it has so much useful behavior information for chickens, and practical advice on everything I've needed answered so far. Looking forward to seeing you all around this forum!
