Hello all,

So glad I found this site. It has been SO helpful! I currently have 4 chickies that are 8 weeks. I am in the process of completing their coop (waiting on roof parts). But... they are in it and appear to be thriving. The dogs are even happier they are in the coop, as they now have their own personal "Dog-TV".

Welcome coreybee, I'm in Philly and also have 4 8-week old chicks. My coop and pen have a ways to go. I'm still keeping them in the brooder box at night and in a small outdoor pen during the day. I let them run free in the yard a couple hours every day when I can get the cat in. I think, hope, life will be simpler once the coop and run are done.
