Hi All,

Hope this is an ok place to ask beginner questions. I am about to start my first batch of incubator babies
big_smile.png
. I ordered eggs from two different sellers (silkies). One order arrived today. The other one should be here tomorrow or the next day.

I am not sure how to store the ones that arrived today. Right now they are in the laundry room, under the ac vent. The air is set on 70, but its around 65 in there. Will they be ok in there?

Can you start batches on different days if they are close together?

Looking forward to getting to know some of you.

Kathy

!!! 60-65 degrees is a good temp to store eggs, so as long as you turn them at least twice a day, they should be fine until your other ones get there. Good luck with your hatch!!

I usually keep mine in egg cartons in the kitchen until
I'm ready to put them in the bator and they do just fine. I would
wait until you have all your eggs and then put them in at the same time!
