Any idea of breed or sex? They are 3 weeks old. Hatched at a school so no idea of anything!

Maybe buff Orpington and barred rock? I’m new to having my own flock so I’m guessing for fun, but I have two barred rocks that look super similar.

In that circumstance there is a very good chance that these are barnyard mixes.

The one with the big comb at this age is definitely male (and there is a good chance that he's from a sexlinked cross since he looks to be single-barred rather than double-barred as a purebred barred/cuckoo male would be).

Buff orpington, and barred Plymouth Rock. Buff orpington is a pullet, and I am suspicious that the barred rock is cockerel. It’s not SUPER red yet so MAYBE it’s a pullet.
I saw some red on the buff Orpington’s wattles, could that mean roo?
