Newbie at Raising Chicks

Question on raising chicks. I have 9 Mille Fleur chicks and 3 Silkie chicks in the brooder and they are ranging from 3 to 6 weeks of age. A majority of them are mostly feathered and jumping around testing their wings. When is it safe for them to be turned out into a larger coop w/ my adult bantams? Right now they are having their heat lamp only @nights because where I have them gets warm during the day.
