newbie checklist.....

am i correct in these things:-

1) i should set up the brooder as i'm on day 19?
2) newspaper then wood shavings then kitchen paper on the floor of brooder?
3) temp should be approx 95 under lamp?
4) leave chicks in bator for 24hours before moving to brooder?

Sounds like yo have it all....but why the newspaper? You DO have feeder and waterer,,with marbles ( or rocks) in it ready...right? So...whatcha hatching?? OH, and MOST IMPORTANT...CAMERA READY!!!! LOL
