Love this group. I'm new to a backyard flock, and I just want to do the best I can for my flock. Learned a lot already by reading the posts/ threads. Look forward to broadening my knowledge base with you guys. I arm 56 years old, married with 10 grandchildren.

Welcome! Wow, 10 grandchildren already. I'm a year older and still have one in high school. Started late I guess.

I have also just started my flock this spring. There is a lot of great information on this forum and many experienced chicken keepers. Do you already have your chickens, if so, post some pics. We would love to see them.
